It was a strong match for a holiday in Verona with a good price-quality ratio. The staff quickly fixed our broken sink within 10 minutes. Make sure to explore the nearby theater. it's just a short walk away.

we stayed at colomba d'oro for five nights and loved the location just behind piazza bra. the room was spacious and well kept. the friendly staff gave us great restaurant tips and their breakfast had a variety of delicious options to start our day. it's perfect for exploring the city's sights.
would recommend.

The staff here are exceptional, especially this one waitress from Brazil who just kept showing up with espressos and warm smiles. Also the breakfast spread was incredible, it was like a feast of eggs, fruits, and fresh juices every morning.
It wasn’t inexpensive but well worth it for the experience.

My room was spacious and comfortable, which was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The decor had that classic old-world charm, making it feel cozy and inviting. I appreciated the cleaning and attention to detail, and the strong WiFi was a bonus for staying connected. However, it did get a bit noisy at night with street sounds coming through. Also, I had a small electrical issue with the circuit tripping, which was annoying in the middle of the night.

Fantastic breakfast options available.
I was very disappointed with my stay. The furniture in the room was incredibly worn down. the sofa had a tear, making it uncomfortable to sit on. Additionally, the breakfast menu was dreadfully repetitive, with the same cold cuts and tired pastries every single day. I expected much better quality from a hotel of this caliber.

The location was 🌟 amazing, just a short walk from Piazza Bra! My room was spacious and comfortable, but the mattress was on the firmer side. Overall, a great stay, just wish the coffee at breakfast was better.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was ineffective.
-
missingWrote a review on Oct 18charming courtyardcentral locationhistorical charmoutdated appearancebreakfast quality
The location sits just a couple of blocks from the main attractions, making it perfect for those wanting to explore. The historical charm of the building shines through, especially in the cozy courtyard that offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city.
The overall appearance feels outdated, with carpets that need better installation and brighter lighting throughout. Breakfast is a major letdown. the hot food served cold and the pastries lack freshness. Additionally, the absence of complimentary water in the rooms feels off, especially for a property boasting 4-star standards. The air conditioning shuts off in October, which is a hassle given the room temperatures were quite high. Wi-Fi doesn't work in some of the front-facing rooms, requiring a room change for those affected, which adds to the inconvenience.
